Vista Convention Services – Official Services Contractor
Booth furnishings, material handling (drayage), labor and other services are not included with booth purchase, but will be available to purchase through Vista Convention Services. A complete Exhibitor Services kit will be available online. The login and instructions to access the kit on Vista Website will be sent with your booth assignment and confirmation, from njeaexhibits@dlplan.com. Internet and electrical services are provided by the Atlantic City Convention Center. Forms for ordering services will be included in the Exhibitor Services Kit.

Official Convention Hotels
Official NJEA Convention room blocks at discounted rates for exhibitors will be available. The official NJEA Convention Hotels are The Sheraton, Tropicana, and Caesars. Hotel rates and booking codes will be sent via email, with your booth assignment and confirmation, from njeaexhibits@dlplan.com. Please look for hotel information after submitting your booth application.
Shuttle Service – Hotels to Atlantic City Convention Center
Shuttle Service to the ACCC is available on setup day Wednesday, and show days, Thursday and Friday, from all Hotels designated as NJEA Convention Official Housing. Please note that the below shuttle routes are an example from the previous year and may be subject to change.
Parking for Atlantic City Convention Center
Parking is not included in the exhibit rate and space is very limited at the Atlantic City Convention Center. There are several surface lots within walking distance of the ACCC.
Exhibit Staff Registration – Badges
- Exhibit badges can be added to your digital booth, once your booth is assigned.
- Exhibitors receive up to six complimentary badges per booth.
- Badges can be picked up on-site at Exhibitor Registration.
