The early bird booth rate deadline is June 17th. To be included in the Printed Exhibitor Directory, you must apply for booth space by October 20th, 2026. Booth space will be sold based on availability.

Yes, you can start the application and save it for a later time.

The booth does not include any carpet or furnishings. Additional items (tables, chairs, carpet etc.) can be ordered through Vista Convention Services.

Yes, exhibitors are permitted to bring in their own booth furniture if they prefer.

They are not required, however the aisles will be carpeted and most exhibitors order carpet for their booth space.

The booth does NOT include electric. These services are additional costs. Basic Wi-Fi is complimentary in the exhibit hall, however, if you require more bandwidth for streaming purposes, upgraded internet can be purchased. Order forms for electric and internet are included in the Exhibitor Services Kit.

The entire NJEA 2026 Exhibitor Kit can be accessed on Vista Convention Services Exhibitor Login site. The login information will be sent to exhibitors once their booth has been assigned. If you need the user name and password, contact Vista Convention Services by calling (609) 485-2421.

Tuesday, October 20th is the discounted deadline date for booth furniture and additional orders.

Yes, there will be a service desk in the back of the exhibit hall during the set-up days. But, we strongly recommend placing your orders in advance for expedited service and the best rates.

The full Exhibitor load-in and setup day is Wednesday, November 4th. Exhibitors will be given access into the exhibit hall one hour before the show opens each day, Thursday and Friday. This is meant ONLY for touch ups. The loading dock doors will NOT be open. Please plan accordingly.

NJEA official hotels will have shuttles to and from the Atlantic City Convention.

Parking is not included in the exhibit rate and it is very limited at the Atlantic City Convention Center. We recommend exhibitors take shuttles on show days from the NJEA official hotels or seek other parking options. There are several surface lots in walking distance of the ACCC.
