When is the deadline to apply for booth space?

The early bird booth rate deadline is June 4th.  To be included in the Printed Exhibitor Directory, you must apply for booth space by September 6, 2024. Booth space will be sold based on availability.

If I start the online booth application, can I save it and come back to it later?

There is no save feature on the online contract until you agree to the terms, and submit it with your payment. You may return to your virtual booth later to update your profile (ex. your product/service description) and add additional purchases such as advertising.

How can I advertise during the NJEA Convention?

There are several different advertising opportunities for exhibitors. Please check out the Advertise & Sponsor page for more information.

Are tables and chairs included in the booth fee?

The booth does not include any carpet or furnishings. Additional items (tables, chairs, carpet etc.) can be ordered through Vista Convention Services.

Can I bring my own furniture?

Yes, exhibitors are permitted to bring in their own booth furniture if they prefer.

Are booths required to be carpeted?

They are not required, however the aisles will be carpeted and most exhibitors order carpet for their booth space.

Does the booth include electric and Internet?

No, the booth does not include electric or internet. These services are additional costs. Order forms for electric and internet are included in the Exhibitor Services Kit.

How do I access the online Exhibitor Services Kit?

The entire NJEA 2024 Exhibitor Kit can be accessed on Vista Convention Services Exhibitor Login site. The login information is sent to exhibitors with their booth assignment. If you need the user name and password contact Exhibit Management by calling 609-344-2747 or email njeaexhibits@dlplan.com.

When is the deadline to order booth furnishings?

Thursday, October 23rd is the discounted deadline date for booth furniture and additional orders.

Can exhibitors order furniture, electric etc. on-site at the Convention?

Yes, there will be a service desk in the back of the exhibit hall during the set-up days. But, we strongly recommend placing your orders in advance for expedited service and the best rates.

Are there set-up hours during Show days?

The full Exhibitor load-in and setup day is Wednesday, November 6th. Exhibitors will be given access into the exhibit hall one hour before the show opens each day, Thursday and Friday. This is meant ONLY for touch ups. The loading dock doors will NOT be open. Please plan accordingly.

Are there discounted rates for Non-Profits?

NJEA does not offer discounted booth rates for Non-profit organizations.

Is there shuttle transportation from my hotel in Atlantic City?

NJEA official hotels will have shuttles to and from the Atlantic City Convention.

Will there be parking available for Exhibitors?

Parking is not included in the exhibit rate and it is very limited at the Atlantic City Convention Center. We recommend exhibitors take shuttles on show days from the NJEA official hotels or seek other parking options. There are several surface lots in walking distance of the ACCC.
